We’re a not-for-profit agency, governed by a
Board of Directors, that offers both employment and residential services to individuals with disabilities.
DAC, Inc. receives its revenue from county, state and federal funding, as well as donations from citizens and businesses.
DAC, Inc. has a history of providing quality services to people with disabilities since 1973.
MISSION STATEMENT: Every individual has value and dignity. DAC exists to enhance the dignity, self-esteem and worth of each individual and his or her right to self-determination as a member of the community.
PHILOSOPHY: DAC, Inc. is committed to providing quality community-based services to people with disabilities. People served will be assured individually designed services that enhance capabilities in environments that tolerate only dignity and respect for all.

DAC’s headquarters is located in Maquoketa with services provided in Maquoketa, Bellevue, Preston, Dubuque and surrounding areas.
